Hi vrkn2023, Normally it is enough to insert the non-admin user in the Simatic TIA engineer group to start and use WinCC RT advanced, as he does not have admin rights. I believe no project transfer was performed from the engineering system. The generated project was manually copied to the RT PC and placed in a new folder. It is possible that the folder was also entered in Runtime Loader. Where were the project (*.fwc) and the corresponding password list file (*.pwl) stored? Does this path match the path in the Runtime Loader configuration for the affected users? Start WinCC Runtime Loader on the RT PC and access the configuration. Now check the storage path of the project and compare it with the actual path where you have stored the data. If the non-admin user has access to this folder or if this folder is, for example, on the administrator's desktop or in another folder in his profile, then the non-admin user does not have access to this folder and thinks that there is no project. Normally, the runtime loader only starts the transfer if no project is found. Additionally, try right-clicking and launch as administrator > 'Run as administrator'. Best regards!
