WinCC Runtime Advanced Start Simulation Error

Obenam Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a TP1200 HMI in my project. When I try to simulate the HMI project with Start Simulation button, an error occured. "The ...\IM\HMI\{11866113-23184}\Generates\pdata.fwc configuration file could not be loaded. The application will be terminated." I tried to simulate other project with TP1200 HMI on my PC and it works! But not for this project. I did "Saved as" for this project. But the new one does'nt simulate too. Please help me to solve this problem. Regards

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (135)	Hello, first of all save a copy of the project. then click on the hmi with right mouse button and choose Compile > Software (rebuild all) and try again to start the simulation... If this will solve the problem, send the previously saved version of the project to siemens support so they can analyze the reason of the error. K!ke

Obenam Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Thanks K!ke for your reply I compiIed all the hardware and software of HMI. But it didn't simulate again. I solved my problem by insert a new HMI device into my project and copy & pasted all the tags and screens and etc. and delete the old HMI device. It works! Regards

I solved it changing the WinCC RT module (I have a SIMATIC PC Station configured in my project) in hardware configuration, from the version 11 to v13, as i'm using TIA Portal v13.

Are the WinCC Simulators installed on the system? (look under detail informationn of installed Software). Have you try the steps/tricks from the posts above? I tried to compile the software and the hardware. Also tried to change version. I reinstalled the wincc, unfortunately it also didn't work. I have no idea.
