Yes this will work, If you use WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced you can define the image Version of the HMI in the project, so you can define which Runtime Version you want to use (also older ones that your TIA Version)

And the other fact is that WinCC RUntime Advanced is freezed to Versino V17-> there is no newer Image Version available. So in TIA V18 you can only set up to V17 Image.

So everything should be OK
