do you still need help in getting the communication work?

- Try if a Ping works to the PLC

- Check in an IO Field if the connection works, you can also use thee Tool Channel Diagnosis to check which Error appears and if the connection is established

- Have you installed the Simatic Net SW on the Runtime PC`?

- do you have set the PGPC Settings to the Access point you are using in your HMI connection

And so on
