Per favore qlc potrebbe aiutarmi con WinCCRuntime . 

Se utilizzo il programma da utente amministratore su windows non ci sono problemi.

Ma gli altri utenti ( studenti e o docenti ) non possono utilizzare in TIA 17 il WinCC perchè viene fuori il seguente messaggio:

Diritti di login dell'utente windows insufficenti.

Qualcuno può spiegarmi come risolvere ?

First of all, there are no defined user rights for the running of the Runtime. You do not even have to have administrator's rights to run it.

The corresponding user must be in the group TIA Engineer though and a restart has to be performed after this has been done. Equally important, the user should also have adequate rights to access the necessary files. You should therefore make sure that this is the case for the HmiRTm.exe. Otherwise, a certain user might not have the right to start the runtime at all due to his restricted file access rights.
