WinCC Runtime Start-up on an another computer

mathilde1403 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm new to TIA Portal and WinCC Unified Runtime. When I started developing my system, I configured the GUI on my laptop. Now I want to transfer the Runtime to a fixed PC. So I exported my certificates and installed them on the new computer. I also configured WinCC Unified Configuration and Simatic Runtime and loaded my project. However, when I connect to the IP address I've configured for my Runtime, I get an ISS Windows page. And When I want to connect to the IP with another computer, I reached the page WinCC but my identifiers don't work. Do you know why I can't access the WinCC interface or log in? Are there any other settings I need to change? Thank you for your answers. Mathilde

What do you mean by "my identifiers don't work"? Kind regards Stefan

However, when I try to connect, the following message appears: Unexpected problem. Please contact your administrator. (273) But... I'm the administrator of my system... Thank you for your reply. If the status is "Partly running", check the requirements listed in the manual. When downloading the user management, you must change the setting in the Load Preview window to override the user management settings. If this does not help, please add some screenshots showing your problem. Kind regards Stefan
