WINCC RUNTIME V13 Never Ending Installation ....

Hi

I am try to install Wincc runtime V13, but the installation never end.

So, I have stop the installation by force.

I don t know why this situation occur...

and I don t know that I have to reinstall or it is okay...

Is is okay or I have to reinstall it again?

and why this things happen....?
