WinCC server issue

infineum Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	I am running a PCS7 system with redundant servers on Windows NT. The WinCC version is 5.0. After a period of about two weeks, both servers computers slow down and the CPU goes to 100%. The clients all behave normally. I traced the problem down to a process SDiagRT.exe (It may be STDiagRT.exe, perhaps I wrote it down incorrectly). If I end this process, all of my issues go away and WinCC runs normally. I have to stop this process on each server. Does anybody know what this process is and why it is running?

infineum Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	I have been away from work for a few days so I could not respond until now. When the event occurs, it takes place on the main and redundant server simultaneously. There is plenty of disk space available on both servers so I do not believe that it is a memory or disk space issue. I can attach the log when the event occurs in about a week. Any other ideas?
