WinCC simulation question

ny8 Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, Im working with 414-3 PN/DP CPU, PCS7 and Simit.I have only CPU without IO cards. I have ready program in Simatic and ready visualisation in WinCC. I created the simulation in Simit which is connected to the CPU by Profibus. Now i want to play with my program but when i change values of my variables in simit it works only in Simatic, i can see changing inputs in CFC charts for example but nothing happens in winCC. in winCC i can play witch my valves and motors but only SimPV_IN and PV_Out are changing in my _CFC chart. Is it possible to connect simit and winCC somehow? i want to change values of my analog inputs in simit and see the results in WinCC. My inputs are connected to the analog input channel block and then go to control valve block. thanks in advance Tomasz

My inputs are connected to the analog input channel block and then go to control valve block. thanks in advance Tomasz Hello ny8, SIMIT is used for the Replacement of your I/O, normally it is a to simulating your Field input, if you are getting the Input to CFC (Step7) then evrything is ok, as you mention also, also your Communication with PLC & WinCC is also working Now about Some Simulation then you have to Do some logic in the SIMIT how you want to change the Input On basis of your Condition or Output Feedback. In SIMIT you have option to Make Graphics also, but I can say you can Create your Control or Operator Panel Layout (PB, Selector Switch & Lamp) to get the fill of the Actual, About Analog Input you can Create the Analog Slider or Fix Value based on the Simulation or Process Condition. Let me know if you want anything more, also Provied your Screen Shot for the more Detail.

Hello ny8, Please Make SimOn = 0 & try to give EW640 From the SIMIT, As I told you in my first post also SIMIT is the Replcement of your I/O Module, so you have to Change the Value from the SIMIT, Right now you are Changing the CH AI SIM value that's why you are not able to see the SIMIT Value in the WINCC, I hope you have got what I want to say....

What is the Analog Count ? so you are getting QBAD, Have you try to change the Analog Input Value from SIMIT, Also Checked is your DI Signal is Coming to Step7 or not When you Modified in SIMIT. Give me a Screen shot for both side. (SIMIT & STEP7 VAT)

And i want to make that when im changingPV_IN , PV_out is also changing. i hope that is clear for you
