So it seems that Siemens itself forbids for using another SQL instance on the PC with WinCC. Interesting. So then other question. Can I create one table inside WinCC SQL and use it for my purposes only accessing it from the same PC. If I can't than its very bad because I have no posibility to do something else on the same PC with WinCC

"Allowed" is _only_ the tested standard set of program from siemens itself. The compability lists are just one search button far away. You asked for any experience, and that is what i replied upon. It is still not "allowed", spelled (approved and tested) hint: The sql-express must be installed before sql-wincc. //P
