Hi all, I have a problem at clients site. The users told that WinCC sometimes suddenly starts slowing down, also the mouse movements start slowing down and then it finally freezes and the computer has to be rebooted to make it work again. There is a connection through OPC to upper level system which might cause the problem. Seems like something is makeing the computer overflow in some action. I checked the diagnose folder and at the dates the problem occured there were basically two identifical fields. 255,11.03.2008,08:56:05:890,1007006,4,,LIETTAMO,SCRIPT,Variable KOE_1_VESI timeout 255,11.03.2008,08:57:05:968,1007008,4,,LIETTAMO,SCRIPT,EndAct Timeout 255,05.04.2008,11:47:42:359,1007006,4,,LIETTAMO,SCRIPT,Variable KOE_1_VESI timeout 255,05.04.2008,12:01:47:062,1007008,4,,LIETTAMO,SCRIPT,EndAct Timeout Any idea where does this come from? Sorry, I am not familiar with these diagnostic files. Uploaded the diagnostic folder if there is any help. The dates that the problem occured were 11.03.2008 and 05.04.2008 as seen on the couple lines above. AttachmentDiagnose.zip (143 Downloads) |

Hi, you get timeout for the Variable "KOE_1_VESI". maybe the access to this variable is not correct. Create a picture where you read only this variable and check the status of the variable. Did you get an reply from support? http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2389611&SiteID=1 |
