Wincc Tag Logging creating and saving Problem

We have a Problem with wincc Tagg Logging. We have upgraded our PCS7 from V6.0 to V8.0 Upd1. In our Project we have few archives in our existing Tagg logging. After Migrating the PCS7 project to the new version tag logging were working normal( we could see the archive tags , create new ones, save new tags). For some reasons we have to 'SAVE AS with Slow Reorganization' the PCS7 Project. After that opening the tag logging editor we can not see the archive tags. Morever, when we create a new archive tag and exit the editor after saving, we can not see the newly created archive tag after re-opening the tag logging Editor. We need help to solve this Problem
