After Update Tiaportal V14 -> V15 no problem

At PG power on start TIA UPDATER, downloaded  UPD3  , at end of setup upd3 have got error ( see attached file)

 I got the same problem and attempted two times but unsuccess. I already restart the laptop, run as administrator but still got the fault. I attached the log file here for more information. 

any solution for this ?
