You need to check whether it is available with your version of the software

William_B Posts: 5225 Rating: (1202)	Hi-ya, Please look at the attached example that works under WinCC V11 using a BASIC panel. It simulates a full page popup and returns back to where it came from. The PLC determines which page apears as popup. Please review in detail the variables used and what properties were set. I am unsure to what you need the popup for and how you wish to use it. This is the best guess I can make. There are other alternatives: * Make a text block visible * Use loop-in-alarm function inside the alarm popup window. William_B Posts: 5225 Rating: (1202)	Hi. I was using TIA V11 SP2 Update 5 - Step 7 Basic with WinCC Basic. I used the KTP400 Basic PN (6AV6647-0AK11-3AX0). Please check if your device descriptions up to date. Unzip the file (Windows Zip program should work). Go into the the "Project1" folder. Double click on Project1.ap11. The other files in the main folder is for further help only. The JPG indicates method of testing. Please let me know. w

Is there any Global screen is available??? thanks Hello PDGANGAGI, Yes, go to screen management and check out "global screen", in there you can make an alarm window (check controls to make one). You can configure that window to popup when an alarm occurs (properties on the alarm window to confgure it). If you rather have messagebox like popups and you want to use them for other things then ndication alarms, system events etc... I have to dissapoint you, in tia v11 there is no easy way to make such pop-up. You would have to make something like a hidden faceplate, a seperate screen and other workarounds. I'm just speaking out of experience, I tried to make a decent popup window (messagebox like) myself but haven't succeeded yet. Kind regards, Jens
