I have wincc professional V13 , and i made a program with it

suddenly all faceplates not working

when i made a new face plate and try to put it on the screen the whole screen become white with red X on it

all face plates do the same action

i need urgent solution as i have a project and i can not work with

the error report is attached

I has never happened to me and don't have specific advice. My general recommendation is to go through the basic troubleshooting steps:

-Open a different project and use different faceplates to eliminate possibility of problems with TIA.

-Start a new project and try using the faceplates you want to use. Try with different panels.

-Open the project you want to work with and create new faceplates and drag them to your screens.

You want to narrow down where the problems is, TIA, project, panel or faceplate.

I think best is you "Create a new request" at Siemens Support and upload the files you added to your posts. The support should be able to help you after analyzing the dump-file.
