Wincc Unified - Camera ip rejects conection

AutoGen_3756077 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I need to se a hikvision camera in my project of wincc unified rt, but when i introduce the ip of camera the wincc tell me that thr camera ip reject the conection, please help me to resolve this problem ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Wincc Unified - View a Webcam in Runtime.

To be honest, I may not be able to help you since I am more focused on WinCC Unified Comfort Panels, but to get a proper answer, you should provide some more details to the community. Please tell us the following: What version of WinCC Unified are you using? What is your current approach for connecting the camera? Which protocol is used for the camera stream? Where are you getting the connection denied message? Please note that it may be helpful to provide a screenshot. If you use the "Add attachment" button, you can only add one file, so you would have to put several screenshots into a zip file. Or you can simply drag and drop the screenshot into your message body (if your browser supports this). Kind regards Stefan

rdoliveira Gold Expert Joined: 4/26/2012 Last visit: 1/13/2025 Posts: 1577 Rating: (171)	Hello, just by doing this you will not see the image from the camera, can you access the camera's administrative control panel? You will have to read the specific manual for your camera model to find out what type of streaming and path will be accessed and whether permission and certificate are needed. I did this with an Intelbras vip 1130 b g3. I had to export the .cer certificate from the camera and import it into the browser, in my case Chrome. You will have to check the access port and the syntax of your camera path. For example from Intelbras, as I mentioned, it goes like this: path to streaming viewing https://user:password@192.168.10.55:443/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?channel=1&subtype=1 I did it in Version 17 of TIA. and as mentioned, give us more details and images if possible. good luck.

I thought I was viewing the video streem (ex. Rtsp: //10.1.1.130/). I have tried with both "Web Control" and "Media Player", but without success. It only works when the host and the client are on the same machine due to some cross-origin restriction. It has been a while since I've made the cwc so it might not work out of the bat. Hi.
