The reference is 6AV2151-0XB01-7AA5 and which link do you installed? Can you send the link? Also my recommendation is to disable the firewall and antivirus and run as administrator and reinstall the software.

It's part of TRIAL Download STEP 7 Basic/Professional, STEP 7 Safety Basic/Advanced and WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced and WinCC Unified. For using the simulation, please take care of "Which Windows functions must be activated in order to be able to install SIMATIC WinCC Unified?". The license has to be bought. Kind regards Stefan
