WinCC Unified, tests carried out with TIA Portal versions 18 Upd3 and 19 Upd1..

I have a PC running a Unified project.

I should read values from a database located on another PC.

I use the project with SQLite database.

I tried several ways:

1.With the IP address, or Name, of the PC, directly in the connection string:

let connectionstring = "Driver={SQLite3 ODBC Driver}; Database=\\\\192.168.2.60\\D\\Temp\\DB\\TEST_MV.db; trusted_connection=yes;";

let connectionstring = "Driver={SQLite3 ODBC Driver}; Database=\\\\PCName\\D\\Temp\\DB\\TEST_MV.db; trusted_connection=yes

It doesn't work and, checking from the debugger, when the CreateConnection runs, it waits a few seconds, then this error appears:

Message:"connect failed [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver doesn't support the version of ODBC behavior that the application requested (see SQLSetEnvAttr). "

State:"0100"

2.By creating a DSN file.

If I create it onMy PCor if I create it on theRemote PC, the DSN file can easily point to the Database.

I insert the DSN file into the connection string:

let connectionstring = "FILEDSN=C:\\Temp\\TestSqlLite3.dsn";

let connectionstring = "FILEDSN=\\\\PCName\\C\\Temp\\TestSqlLite3.dsn";

It doesn't work and, checking from the debugger, the same error as above appears.

3.Mapping the Remote PC drive to My PC.

Since the connection to a Database on my PC works correctly, I thought I'd try to map the network path of the Remote PC, in order to point directly to a disk "already present" on the PC, without having to point it via the network.

From Windows, on "This PC", I selected "Map network drive..."

So I inserted a connection, calleddisk Z:, directly to the remote PC that contains the database.

Then writing the following connection string:

let connectionstring = "Driver=SQLite3 ODBC Driver; Server="+PcName+"; Database=Z:\\Data\\Temp\\DB\\TEST_MV.db; trusted_connection=yes;";

It doesn't work and, checking from the debugger, the same error as above appears.

P.S.From SQLiteStudio I can connect to the Remote Database, read and modify the values, via My PC.

Where am I wrong?

What should I do to be able to communicate?
