You should get a Database license for WinCC Unified. You can get more information about this Option in WinCC Unified from the following link:  WinCC Unified Database Storage

Then, select the WinCC Unfied Database license that corresponds with your version in section "Ordering data" from the link above.

Maybe the manual description helps you to clarify any other doubts with this Unified Option: Database
