wincc unified fail configuration: user administrator

Hi everyone, I have a problem when I set wincc unified configuration. I don't know to solve it. 

In this picture , user administration show error. Someone know the solution?

which version of TIA Portal are you using? For me, it looks like V16, but not with the newest update.

Do you have admin rights on the computer? Are you using the same user account as during installation of TIA Portal?

When using V16, Update 6 the given password will not be accepted because also a uppercase character is needed. Maybe your version has a bug not providing this information.
