WinCC Unified - Indexing PLC Arrays in a Popup Question

Good day!

I'm trying to setup a single pop up window in my Unified MTP1500, and my scripting skills are VERY rusty. My needed setup is as follows:

I need a popup window to see and modify values in an array on the PLC.

-There is a selectable drop-down (Symbolic I/O Field) named "Index", which select an Int value of 0-25.

-The array being accessed is part of a DB (DB100) on a S7-1214C, named "DynamicInputs". It's an Array [0..25] of a UDT, named "DynamicInput_UDT". The elements are named "Input Name" (String), "Input Enable" (Bool), "Current Value" (Real); "Max Value" (Real); "Min Value" (Real).

How can I set up the pop-up window so that when the user enters, for example Index 5, the fields automatically track to "DB100.DynamicInputs[5].----", while also keeping the fields working for "Input/Output"?
