Dear experts,

I'm starting to use WinCC Unified, I always used WinCC Professional, and I'm facing an issue with opeation on remote clients.

In the remote clients (Web) I can monitor all variable states, i can navigate over all screens, however I can't change values and press buttons wich set tag values.

I followed the instructions of this link:Settings for communication with WinCC Unified Runtime on the runtime device - ID: 109806850 - Industry Support Siemens

I already set RFID on and off into "WinCC Unified Configuration", when I set off the RFID the server coudn't operates too, then I set the RFID on.

SERVER:

• OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
• Engineering software: TIA Portal V19
• Browser: Microsoft Edge

CLIENTS:

• OS: Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Browser: Microsoft Edge.

the problem is in User Configuration (8.4 Assign a role to the user.)

In this point you have to select only one role for your user, if you select more than one than is the lowest role active (I don't know if Siemens did this with porpoise but is so)
