Hi, “Simple Samples” are small projects that demonstrate simple features. The target is giving a quick overview about the theme and be used as start point for related discussions. Follow there are a short description and the configuration main steps. Trends controls presents values in time axis. E.g. the tags are collected at real time at fixed time basis. However, there are cases where the data could not be collected in real time and should be add with regress time to de data basis (for example, where the CPU read signal faster as the system could normally log, or where the data come from other source, like a CSV file). This simple sample show how to add data to the log with a non-real time (that means, time is given for an auxiliary variable). TIP: This application example is an extension of the use of trends. An example of how to configure Trend objects is showed in the post "WinCC Unified – Simple Sample - Trends (time based)" (https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf//ww/en/posts/wincc-unified-simple-sample-trends-time-based/226107/?page=0&pageSize=10). Configuration main steps:
To insert data on the log:
Note: in the simple sample project, as demo propose, the HMI_Tag_2 where added to comparation basis. HMI_Tag_1 and HMI_Tag_2 are also incremented every 5 seconds. A second button was add to give to DateTime tag an actual value. Simple sample program (zipped / archived). Attachmentproject.zip (1078 Downloads) |
