WinCC Unified V16 - Create Custom controls

Dear Gentlemen,

I am looking for creating a "My Control" in WinCC Unified. The goal is to integrate a custom control (like a Kendo Control for example) in a Runtime. The documentation is speaking where to put the Custom Control, but not how to create it.
