wincc v12 does not communicate with CPU-1500

Hi,

We have a server with wincc v12 pro on it. The wincc communicates with different plc's. There are PLC's programmed in step 7 and others in TIA V12. In the wincc V12 there are only screens programmed. There are no CPU's programmed in this part. Fore the communication with the CPU's there are simply different communication links programed. These are al 300/400 cpu communications over tcp-ip. Now there is a new PLC, a CPU1500. So in the wincc there is a extra communication line fore this cpu with the difference that this in not a 300/400 communication but a 1500 communication. The CPU has no password. Fore some reason the wincc does not communicate with the CPU-1500. Does somme one have  a idea what the problem could be.

I do belive that new CPU -1500 is programmed in the tiaV13.
