Wincc v12 profesional button text change on tag

Our mission is to make a button with two (or more) text's (like text list (like in wincc advanced)). Simple example is: tag bool "Mode" and text when 0 is "Auto" and 1 is "Manual". And we also need to do it in two or more languages. (Project is mutilangual and this properties working). Is it possible to get runtime language code in C script or VB's? And then make script (for choosing runtime languge text on button) with switch command or like this.
