Hello, from the mesage of the HSP and the info text of the HSP you must have installed TIA V13 UPD3 to install this HSP. The TIA Update you can download here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/90466591 Regards |

Hello boris_sh, the message could mean that you need to install a newer update. ... You could also update to TIA V13 SP1 (and V13 SP1 updates). You need to update all components to the same version, before you can start TIA again, e.g. STEP 7, WinCC Es (and WinCC RT if installed). Edit: too late... |
