WinCC V13 - Pack&GO problem

lesko Posts: 76 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have a problem with loading the WinCC V13 project via Pack&GO file. I did a downgrade of the firmware as OP requested. But the loading was unsucessful. I got a message that I don't have a license (WCRT031300). Can someone tell me what is this license for? For more information see the picture below (Pic1). Then I went into Transfer mode if this would help but it wasn't better. I got a message saying: "S7DOS component is missing" (look at the picture below Pic2). marcofiorini91 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hi, can you tell us the requirements to download a configuration with the Pack&Go file? I have produced the pack&go file and sent it to the contact with we transfer, then with teamviewer i opened the file and entered the Ip of the HMI panel. It says that can't connect to the HMI panel, without any error id or explainment. ProSave in installed on the contact PC and transfer mode in PN/IE is enabled while trying. What could be the problem? Panel model is KTP700 Basic. Thank you.

At the beginning of chapter 1 you find the requirements. Here you have to read the notes, too. It is necessary to have the following installation when TIA is not installed: 1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redisitributable Package (x86) 2. .Net Framework 4.5

Updated Windows, installed the Visual C++ Package from the link in the document and ProSave. And it worked. Are your IP addresses (PG/PC and panel) in the same range?

marcofiorini91 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Done, the problem were the pg/pc settings in the windows control panel. No ethernet board was selected. Sincerely i tought it was an automatic feature or at least that was mentioned in the PDF manual of Pack&Go. Anyway thank you all!!!
