I have the same problem but with WinCC Professional V13 and WinCC Professional V12. I did a complete unistall of TIA PORTAL V12 and delete all folders of TIA PORTAL V12. In the "cmd" type "regedit" and look under the files below: In Windows 7 32-bit: In Windows 7 64-bit: Make a backup of these registers and delete. Finally you can install your WinCC.
