Is there any way to centralize the user administration between 2 or 3 HMI (PC based) and TP1500?

I have an installation with 1 PC-based runtime and 2 TP1500. To change the password of the 3 users we need to change in all three HMI. It is possible to centralize it?

Imagine if we remove the 2 TP1500 and change it for pc-based runtimes, its more simple to do it?

Hello Juaum,

yes by use of Simatic Logon: wincc-tia-portal-options/simatic-logon

Runtime settings > User administration:

• Enable SIMATIC Logon
• Windows computer
• Server name: IP address of PC with WinCC RT Advanced

Additionally you have to create User groups (identical names as in WinCC user administration) and relating Users in the Windows user administration of the PC with WinCC RT Advanced.
