HI,

I would like to ask regarding on my problem with WinCC V14 user admin.

When i download the program and log in using a admin user and password it works, but after few days my admin user cannot Log in and it says "insufficient authorization" and i already switch off the device and turn on after few minutes but nothing fixed.

But when on the TIA WinCC V14 there is no problem on my Admin user.

*is there any suggestion?

*i might think it is a bug, it is?

*there is a solution on this problem?

Im using

TIA: WinCC V14 update 2
HMI: TP1500 Ver. 14.0.1.0

Perhaps your user is locked?
