I have a TP 1200 Comfort connected to a CPU 1515F with version V2.9 It was working correctly but the last week I installed TIA Portal V17 Update 6 on my computer.

When I downloaded the screen with the new version of Wincc Runtime, the screen stopped communicating with the CPU.

It is clear that it is an update problem.I have deleted the entire TIA Portal and reinstalled it with Update 5 and it works fine again.

This happens to us with 6 computers that we have.What is the solution?

Yes its the same.

I also have established that the screen is a slave to the CPU.

With the Runtime of the screen version V17.00.00.06_03.01 it is when it communicates absolutely nothing.

And if I reinstall the TIA Portal with Update 5 and then it works perfectly.

I've encountered the same issue today, project that had previously been working with Version V17 Update 5, no longer works with Version V17 Update 6. The quickest fix was to roll back the firmware on the HMI to V16 Update 5.

I put the S7 connection that is a slave of the CPU.

From now on, every time I update a screen or download the program to a new one, do I have to set the time manually?

Now I have seen that the main problem is that the CPU and the display were not up to the current date and time.

They must be at the same time and also the correct one.

All this happens as of Update 6. It didn't happen before.
