WinCC V6.2SP2 Dual core patch 1 and Patch3

hello all, I am working with WinCC V6.2SP2 on windows XP pro sp2 English version using Fujitsu siemens computer CPU Duo E8400@3GHz 2.0 RAM. The Microsoft system is new and only installedEast Asian language support. Select Chinese to match thelanguage version of the non-unicode programs. My problem is after I finished installing WinCC V6.2SP2 (Totally new intall not update from older versions.) successfully. I wanna to install the dual core patch 1 and 3 , but a severe alarm windows appear "For this program wincc 6.2 is required, please install wincc 6.2 or higher,setup will cancell now". |

Hi please install WinCC ASIA on Asian operating systems. WinCC (Europe) works with MUI, German, English,French, Spanish, Italian operating systems nemo |

Hi Tornadochen, Thepatch3 you're trying to install is only for WinCC 6.2 not 6.2 SP2. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/25869221 However, there is alsoa patch1for6.2 SP2 which deals with a alarmlog issue related to project migration. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/27039481 The naming conventions of the patches are not ideal, and they do not show up in the "Simatic Installed Software" report.
