WinCC v7.0 vs WinCC V11 (TIA Portal)

Now since there is a new version of WinCC with v11 inside TIA portal, I am curious to know what are the differences between WinCC v7.0 and WinCC v11. From some blogs & discussions on internet, I could get an idea that the working (RT & Dev.) of WinCC v11 is more like WinCC Flexible and not WinCC v7.0 Can anyone write or publish the information link which can give me better explanation about my doubts.
