WinCC VBScript sql query between two dates

Can you help me with the query that I should write to VBScript code. The value that I've tried to read is Float but there is no float in internal tag of the WINCC and I've tried this code; Dim com,record,SQLtable, DataBaseName, ErrorDesc, TableName, Val1, Val2 Set com = CreateObject("ADODB.Connection") Set record= CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset") com.open = "Provider=SQLOLEDB;Password=taskin;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=sa;Initial Catalog=voltaj;Data Source=DESKTOP-NFJCHUH\DENEME" SQLtable= "SELECT Volt12 FROM Table_5" Set record = com.Execute(SQLtable) record.MoveFirst SmartTags("HMI_Tag_4")=record.Fields(1).Value can you help me best regards.

SQLtable= "SELECT Volt12 FROM Table_5 WHERE YourDate BETWEEN '2022-07-01' AND '2022-07-31'" LINK you will have to adjust and use the correct SQL syntax, with the database, for your project dates. good luck

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 4/28/2025 Posts: 15368 Rating: (1895)	Hello umutorkan a float datatype in SQL should be a Real datatype in HMI -> LINK Try a real Tag. And you can ry to check if the sql statement gives back a propervalue with the systemfunction ShowSystemAlarm in the script. Then you see in the alarm view if the value comes back as you need. bye Murof
