Stace Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Somehow one of our programmers lost the properties view.Also the transfer utility is now gone.Now if you go to viewthis itemis missing and I cannot getit back.This is only on his login on the computer.If someone else logs into the computerwith their username everything works fine.I have reset toolbars.??????????????????????????

Do you mean the authorization of viewing the picture/screen Which transfer utility you mean? In User Adminstrator you can administrate the rights of viewing pictures. Stace Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, For properties normally you should be able to double click on any item on the screen and properties should pop up on bottom of the screen or you should be able to go to view on the top toolbar and scroll down and select properties.This selection has now disappeared When I talk about transfer utility I am speaking of the actual function to download program to screen.It is missing .

joost Posts: 12 Rating: (1)	you can try to reset the display settings in the registry the display settings for the 'object properties' dialog in the graphics designer for winCC 7 are stored in the registry be carefull with modifications in the windows registry in windows: execute regedit and find this key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SIEMENS\WINCC\Graphics Designer\PropSheet rename the key to PropSheet.old and the graphic designer will recreate the key with factory default settings (please let me now if this worked for you)

First close the HmiES.exe and the HmiSmartstart.exe using the taskmanager. Then type this command in run-prompt: "C:\Program Files\Siemens\SIMATIC WinCC flexible\WinCC flexible 2007\Hmies.exe" -reset -new -silentmode true -autoclose true You can copy and paste this command from this mail including the ". Thanks for the suggestions

I've been working on my WinCC HMI project for 3 months and didn't enounter this problem and suddenly the property dialog box jst stopped working.
