Plus_x Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, in the office i have a computer conected to S5 PLC and Wincc6.2 online via AS511. is it Possible to comunicate whit PLC whit Step5 at same time or i have to offline whit WinCC and then go Online whit Step 5

Yoga Shankar Posts: 288 Rating: (22)	Dear Plus_x, As I understand from your question, you want to connect another PLC ( say S7 series) to the existing WinCC project. To do this, you do not have to take the S5 off line at all. In WinCC insert the S7 Protocol Suite Channel drivers, and configure the tags from your other PLC on this channel( Profibus/MPI/ehternet ).
