I need to insert to these system PLC 1214. Where I must configure s7_connection?

Is I must configure their in TIA, and then import from TIA project to the Station Configuration Editor? What version of the Simatic NET in these case do I need?

you cannot access a S71200 or s71500 PLC with a WinCC Version <V7.2. In your V7.0 Version there is no communicatino Driver for the newer PLCs (Just for S7300/400).

you can do a workaround with Simatic NET OPC Server and then you can use the internal WinCC OPC Channel for accessing the PLC items. (But its very uncomfortable, I woutd upgrade WinCC to a newer Version then you will prevent a lot of trouble and wasted time.)
