Please don't refer to that unusable compatibility tool. I just need to know about these particular products. I don't understand why there is not a simple matrix of product code vs. OS compatibility. It is very difficult now to get a Windows 32 Bit preloaded computer suitable with Client high-end requirements. All new computers come with 64 Bit OS.

It took me less than two minutes to find information about the compatibility of WinCC flexible and Step7 prof. And my results are that it depends on the SPs you have, With the newest SPs these softwares are compatible. About SIMATIC Logon i am not sure, because they don´t talk about 32bit or 64bit just about windows 7 (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/44889581) Best regards Bilao

I can't understand how the compatibility tool is supposed to work. I can't find WinCC Flexible or its add-ons in the list. Do we need to buy a training from Siemens to use this tool and find out which package is compatible with which OS? Can somebody please simply tell me if 6AV6618-7ED01-3AB0 6ES7658-7BA00-2YB0 are compatible with Windows 7 64 bit or not?

But I searched for "SIMATIC Logon Windows 64 Bit" and found a delivery release SIMATIC Logon V1.5 Released for Delivery. Checking the "last" information about SIMATIC Logon V1.4 (SIMATIC Logon V1.4 Now Available with SP3) nothing about Windows 64 Bit is written. And, it is nearly 2 years old So I would say, that there is no statement that your version is compatible. The actual one is compatible. And the last one, ... it is a licens. Am I right? . Are you sure there is something like a compatibility for a license? I don't know. Good luck Sabine
