I can't to install step7 whit window Vista!! to appear a similar message: "the operating sistem which support this program, are: windows 2000 professional SP4 windows XP professional SP1/SP1a/SP2 Windows 2003 (only in workstation) - / SP1" What's the solution? I must to expect a new version of S7? Thank Roby

Jeebs Posts: 218 Rating: (28)	Hey, I think you do need to wait until Siemens releases a Vista-compatible version. The install Setup does not recognise the OS as a compatible OS, so it cancels installation and gives the error. Don't know if there is any way around this, but I doubt there is. Jeebs

Maxxximo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I would really like to know when Siemens is planning to release a Vista capable version of Step7. Just to remind that Vista is the default OS for new PCs, and it's been out for many months now as Release To Manufacturer. I must keep XP on my PC only because Step7 is not up to date, and this lowers very much my opinion on Siemens.
