My WinCC Unified Runtime PC project is getting an intermittent error pop-up when the project is running.

"Error retrieving the license in WinCC Unified Runtime

There are missing or expired licenses... WinCC Unified Logging Tags (max.) (missing number: 1)"

We have an active in-use unlimited WinCC Unified PC (10k) RT running on the server PC.

I have read that separate license is needed utilize logging tags in Microsoft SQL Server, however, the project database format is set SQLite and the database location for tag logging is set to a local drive.

There are currently only two logging tags in the project. I was of the understanding that you could have up to 5000 tags with SQLite and no additional licenses were needed.

Why is this pop-up error occurring?
