Hello, We have a problem in our Redundancy Safety PLC system. There are a wire break error in safety Digital output card, only occurs in active channel. The picture of the error is as below. I am using Digital output 6ES7326-2BF01-0AB0 with MTA 6ES7650-1AL11-6XX0. Type of system: Redundancy system (safety). Type of I/O card: Digital output 6ES7326-2BF01-0AB0 Type of MTA: 6ES7650-1AL11-6XX0 Type of Relay: MYN2-D (Omron) Any body can help me resolve the problem. Thanks in advance! what type of load do you have on these channels,hope it is over the low limit for redundant output? |

I use relay type MY2N-D2 of Omron, i am sure it is not over the low limit of Redundant module. |

hi, have you already had a look to the manual of the MTA-module ET 200M Marshalled Termination Assemblies Remote I/O Modules see chapter 14 hope this helps, regards, |
