So you will have to do little hardwork for getting the status for PLC is conserned. As shown in my earlier post you will find the bit status in 0 and 1 postion you will have to get the same & trasfer it to Flexible. Though sounds simple there is lot of work to be done as far as the programming is conserned. ALL THE BEST Have fun...

I´m using an user block (I called it DB10) to storage the values of module type, logical address and channel number to identify the fault. Was easy to did it. I activated trigger error OB82 in PLCSIM and I saw the values in DB10 changing, but there are 2 problems now: 1 - When the module change from fault to normal, the data in DB10 doesn't reset. 2 - Is not possible to keep more than 1 event active in real time in the DB10. I need to build a system able to show in a screen more than 1 fault at same time...I'm thinking to use some DBs to storage more events. Do you have any idea to help me? Best regards!

Can you upload your project here so that we can test for the same. Have fun...

Now we have a problem about the DO module 322-8BH10-0AB0. Its the first time that we are using this module. How can we configure to use with IO redundancy??? Needs a pair of channels?? Best regards

Say for an example either of the DO fails then the other channel will not have diagnostic property!!!!!., Every module will have a diagnostic property. I think you will have Group Diagnostic in the module which can be used. Have fun...
