I have a large area around 30KM diameter where I have scattered tubewells. All these tubewells have instruments attached to it and linked to ET200M. Is there any way that I can connect all these ET200M to my central controller somehow?

For WLAN, the distance is tooo big I think, but you can use mobile network.

You can place a modem like M-800 in front of the ET200M and build up a VPN to the controller. Maybe with IPsec or using SINEMA Remote Connect.

So, the controller and the ET200M are connected secure.

Is there some way that instead of using multiple ET200M I can use Flowmeters that have built in wireless communication?

Wireless communication (WLAN) is not good for your distance.

Or are the modules prepared for mobile network?

Siemens (and other manufacturers, look them up) offers integrated GSM/GPRS modules to some of their flowmeters.

As an example have a look at this presentation of the 3G module for the MAG F M 8000, from the Siemens Industry Mall (Electronic Catalog):

This could be a solution covering your distances, but it wil require one SIM card per flowmeter. You should also consult with your cellular provider and check what cost will be charged for data transfers.

I checked the manual for SIEMENS MAG8000 Flow Meter and the 3G/UMTS Module. How can I send data from my flowmeter to some Central PLC using this module?
