Wiring connection of module FM 354

Hi frnds..,

   I am new to FM 354 SERVO module . I need to know the wiring connection of module bcoz in my encoder I am having 5 pin and 8 pin connector but in module I am having 9 pin connector so plz plz support me ASAP. If u have anyone plz send me the backup.
