Your connection seems wrong. . As this module is specifically use for 2 wire transmitter, it generates 24 V from Pin 1 (1st terminal). So 1st terminal shall be connected to your Device power pin and Pin 5 (2nd terminal) shall be connected with Device output. .

Hello sumesh;
Look at the description and part numbers for the following modules:

6ES7134-4GB01-0AB0	ET200S, EL-MOD., 2AI STD I-2DMU, 0-20MA,
6ES7134-4GB11-0AB0	ET200S, EL-MOD., 2AI STD I-4DMU, 0-20MA,

Each of these analog current inputmodules is designed for one type of connection, either 2-wire or 4-wire.

Not directlty. . You need converter or say isolator which output provides you passive current. .
