Hello samra, One idea - Use following FAQ and connect PC Station with CPU like Profibis Master. How do you configure a PC station as DP master for connecting to a DP slave for the SIMATIC NET OPC server with the SIMATIC NET PC software? Then using OPCLink you can connect Simatic OPC Server with Intouch. Try to find in Google how to use OPCLink. If you have some question let me know. Regards Hristo Mihalev |

Hello Samra why don't you take the CP5613 out of the PC and connect via Ethernet to thePN port of your S7? Wonderware has a free S7 I/O Server(DASIdirect) which does not require Siemens Softnet and is actually very easy to set up. If you really need to stick with your CP 5613, then have a look at the FAQ'sand TECH Notes on the technical support page of www.wonderware.com, there are a few examples on how to do this (note that you mayneed to register to access certain doc's, speak to your local Wonderware representative who will (should) be able to help you too. I hope this helps |
