Working with WinCC Runtime via virtualbox host-only network

In the settings of the virtual machine adapter - virtualbox host-only ethernet adapter. Host PC: Soft - Tia Portal v14 sp1 (Step 7 Prof + WinCC Prof) OS - Windows 10 IP - 192.168.33.2 Name - ES Guest PC: Soft - WinCC Runtime Prof v14 sp1 OS - Windows 7 IP - 192.168.33.10 Name - OS-SERVER I can not download project to a virtual machine. Computers do not see each other through the Simatic Shell. Ping IP address, ping computer name - OK. I can see each other's network folders. If I select "bridged adapter" in the settings of the virtual machine adapter, then everything works. But this requires an external switch / router. It would be interesting to try working through the virtualbox internal network. Instead of Virtualbox tried VMWare - the same story. Attachment Virtualbox.zip (188 Downloads)

Yes, I checked the settings in the "Set PG/PC interface", "Communications Settings", and selected the adapter in the Simatic Shell parameters. I know that virtualbox is not officially supported, but I'm using several years for older versions of Tia Portal and Step7 Classic, and there are no problems. In "bridged mode" everything works, so it is possible for the Simatic Shell to have some special network settings.
