WP231 error 1104 ADC sense voltage too low

Dear Expert,

I'm facing a problem to commission with  the siwarex WP231 module and the Siwatool v7, it show the error 1104 ADC sense voltage too low. I'm using 2 Mettler Toledo Load cell. those load cell are directly connected with the siwarex wp231 module.

What's the meaning of this error? & How to remove this error 1104?

Please Give me the solution and also the check attached file ..

Split from Siwarex ERROR: 1104 ADC sense voltage too low.

I'm having exactly the same problem.

I've done the measuring and everything seems okay.

EXC and SEN are aprrox. 5V DC and SIG is in the order of mV.(starts rising when i push).
