Hello, Siwarexi. As written in the manual, error 7007 means a negative signal or a small difference between the calibration points. it's true? How important is the condition that the first calibration point should be 5% of the maximum weight? My problem is that I have 3 weight sensors, each for 10 tons and I have no opportunity to pour 1.5 tons into the tank. When I calibrate the first point of 100 kg, an error 7007 appears. The signal is positive - I checked. If the weight necessarily needs more than 5% of the maximum weight, then where in Wp231.DB you can see the actual mV / V characteristic produced by the scales with a certain weight? I use "ready for use" tia portal 14, sp.1, s7-1200+ktp 700 basic ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Zalev, Do you have the WP321 or the WP231 module? Best regards Siwarexi |

Hello Zalev, You need at least the following calibration weights for the WP231 module: - 4% with 1mV/V load cells - 2% with 2mV/V load cells - 1% with 4mV/V load cells E.g.: You have 3x 10 tons loads with 2mV/V: Your calibration weight is at least: 3x10 tons x 2% = 600 kg. 100 kg calibration weight is too less. If you don’t have a calibration weight of at least 600 kg, you have to do the automatical calibration. The automatical calibration with the HMI-panel is explained in the manual of the WP231 module into the chapters: 7.5.1, 7.5.2, 7.5.3, 7.5.6 and 7.5.7. You can find the manual on the internet: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109750432 Also you can find a video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QXo6AyOujI Here the calibration is explained for the WP321 module. But the calibration for the WP321 module is similar to the calibration for the WP231 module. Best regards Siwarexi |
